Mapletree Logistics Trust (SGX:M44U) is the first Asia-focused logistics REIT listed on the Singapore Exchange in July 2005. Back then, its portfolio comprised just 15 properties valued at S$422.0m. Fast forward to today, its portfolio now comprises 193 properties valued at S$13.5 billion.
