Possible Near-Term Unit Price Movements of Singapore REITs with Retail Malls in its Portfolio

Footfall to the retail malls (especially those located in the CBD area) have taken a beating as a result of the Singapore government’s implementation of the Phase 2 (Heightened Alert) measures to bring down the number of community cases.
