Founded in December 2017 and listed on the Catalist Board of the Singapore Exchange on 27 January 2026, Toku Limited (SGX: TKU) specialises in providing AI-powered solutions that help businesses automate customer interactions. These solutions include tools like chatbots and voice assistants, which allow companies to efficiently handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and improve overall customer satisfaction.

Headquartered in Singapore, Toku has a business presence in 34 countries across 3 continents as of the end of FY2025 (31 December 2025).

In April 2026, Toku hosted its first-ever ‘Toku Day,’ which I had the opportunity to attend, experiencing the company’s AI-powered platform in action. In this Corporate Highlight episode, produced in collaboration with AlphaInvest (the company behind stock research tool ShareInvestor, investment forums InvestingNote and InvestSG, as well as investment website Investor-One), you’ll see a product demonstration by Mr. Fikri Firat, Toku’s Head of Product, alongside event highlights and a Q&A session with CEO Mr. Thomas Laboulle.

You can watch the full episode below:

I understand that Toku’s business may seem complex, especially for those who aren’t tech-savvy. I hope this video, particularly the product demo, helps you to better understand about how Toku operates.

If you have any questions, feel free to contact Toku’s investor relations team at investors.relation@toku.co.

Are You Worried about Not Having Enough Money for Retirement?

You're not alone. According to the OCBC Financial Wellness Index, only 62% of people in their 20s and 56% of people in their 30s are confident that they will have enough money to retire.

In 'Building Your REIT-irement Portfolio' which I've authored, you will learn everything you need to know to build a successful REIT investment portfolio, including a list of 9 things to look at to determine whether a REIT is worthy of your investment, 1 simple method to help you maximise your returns from your REIT investment, 4 signs of 'red flags' to look out for and what you can do as a shareholder, and more!
