Centurion Corporation Limited (SGX: OU8) is a leading provider of purpose-built accommodation for both workers and students. Its worker accommodation assets are managed under the ‘Westlite Accommodation’ brand, while its student accommodation properties are managed under the ‘Dwell’ brand.

The company’s workers’ accommodation assets are located across Singapore (10 properties), Malaysia (6 in Johor, 1 in Penang, and 1 in Selangor), and China (1 property).

In the student accommodation sector, Centurion operates in Australia (3 properties: 1 in Adelaide, 1 in Melbourne, and 1 in Sydney), the United States (3 properties: 1 in Connecticut and 2 in Wisconsin), the United Kingdom (10 properties: 1 in Bristol, 1 in Liverpool, 5 in Manchester, 1 in Newcastle, and 2 in Nottingham), and China (2 properties).

Additionally, Centurion has 1 build-to-rent asset in China.

I recently had the privilege of speaking with Centurion Corporation’s CEO, Mr. Kong Chee Min, and Head of Corporate Communications, Mr. David Phey in a Corporate Highlight episode produced in collaboration with AlphaInvest (a big thank you to them for the opportunity to work together on this project).

In the video, David gave a comprehensive presentation on Centurion’s latest financial results for the year ended 31 December 2025 (FY2025). Chee Min addressed various questions submitted by the investing community, covering topics such as the impact of worker quota caps imposed by the Malaysian government on its accommodation assets, visa tightening in countries like Australia and its effects on student accommodation, and how the company is adapting to tighter standards for workers’ accommodation in Singapore.

Personally, I learned a lot from this discussion. What stood out to me was that over 70% of Centurion’s revenue is derived from its Singapore properties, which aligns with what many Singaporean investors are looking for, especially in the context of the strong Singapore dollar and home bias, particularly given the ongoing geopolitical uncertainties worldwide.

I truly hope the video helps you gain a deeper understanding of Centurion Corporation.
